Position Overview: Fogelman Properties is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Treasury Analyst to join our team.  The Treasury Analyst plays a critical role in managing daily cash operations across 275+ bank accounts and supporting our corporate, investment, and property cash management operations. This position offers hands‑on exposure to banking operations, treasury systems, and cross‑department collaboration within a dynamic, growing organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Support daily cash management activities, including review of activity in 275+ bank accounts and monitoring of Positive Pay exceptions Execute wire transfers, ACH transactions, and internal cash movements in accordance with treasury controls and approval workflows Monitor, review, and respond to cash management inquiries and requests including check inquiries, stop-payment requests, and the preparation and recording deposits Set up and maintain user access within various banking platforms Assist with management of banking relationships and support the opening, closing, and maintenance of bank accounts Oversee Purchasing Card administration, including funding and reporting Serve as liaison between internal teams and banking partners for operational questions, system access, and issue resolution Collaborate with accounting and other business units on cash management and related matters

Assist in KYC, compliance, and bank documentation for corporate and investment entities Support the implementation and maintenance of treasury systems, tools, and internal controls Provide designated accounting support, including recording recurring and other cash-related transactions in the general ledger, assisting with account analysis and reconciliation activities, and communicating relevant account activity to the responsible accounting teams

Other duties and special projects as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

Proficiency in Excel Working knowledge of banking platforms or treasury management systems preferred Strong decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments Attention to accuracy and detail required Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience:

4-year college degree or equivalent required. 1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in cash management, treasury, or finance. Experience within the multi-family or property management industry preferred. Experience with general ledger entries and other cash-related accounting activities preferred.
