Overview: We are seeking a Tax Supervisor to lead tax engagements, review staff work, and support managers and partners in delivering high-quality client service. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Utilize accounting software, including QuickBooks, to review and manage client financial data; prepare and post journal entries, ensure accuracy of general ledger activity, and support the overall tax compliance and reporting process
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and firm standards
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of associates
• Manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines
• Communicate directly with clients and manage expectations
  • Assist with tax planning strategies and research

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's a plus)
• 3+ years of tax experience
• Experience with CCH programs is a plus
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and proficiency in Excel and tax software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
