Tax Compliance Role

Ensure full tax compliance for the Thailand entity across all tax areas, including:

Act as a proactive business partner, providing tax advice and support to key stakeholders. Manage BOI (Board of Investment) tax reporting and compliance obligations. Prepare, review, and submit accurate and timely tax returns, filings, and statutory reports. Lead and coordinate tax audits, working closely with tax authorities, auditors, and internal stakeholders. Prepare internal tax reports, tax position papers, and compliance updates for management and business stakeholders. Conduct tax risk assessments and identify opportunities to strengthen compliance and controls. Maintain comprehensive tax documentation and records to support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal reporting requirements. Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business, ensuring ongoing compliance with local regulations.
