HornBill's top rated investment firm is seeking a Senior Tax Associate or Tax Manager to sit in their Main Line office in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania (PA). This role offers amazing perks, very good work life balance (rare for tax), and opportunity for advancement. Responsibilities:
- Preparation of ASC 740 tax provision
- Current and deferred tax calculations (domestic and foreign) and reconciliation of provision to return adjustments
- Calculate payables due per tax receivable agreement
- Assist with reviewing fund tax provisions
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulation and ensure compliance
- Determine quarterly partnership tax distribution payments through projection of current taxable income
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 4+ years of tax experience in a Big 4 firm, public accounting firm, or large multinational tax department with specific strength in the ASC740/tax provision area
- Advanced Excel Skills
