As a Tax Director within BPM's Private Client Services (PCS) practice, you will serve as a strategic advisor to high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational families, executives, entrepreneurs, and family offices, helping them navigate complex tax matters while preserving and growing wealth for future generations.

In this role, you will lead sophisticated tax planning, consulting, and compliance engagements across individual, trust, estate, gift, and closely held business taxation. Your expertise will help clients make informed decisions around wealth preservation, succession planning, liquidity events, and business transitions, creating meaningful and lasting impact on their financial legacy.

Note: Candidates residing within 45 minute commuting distance of a BPM office will be expected to follow a hybrid work schedule.

Compensation reflects multiple factors including experience, certifications, skills, and geographic differentials,

 The salary range provided is intended for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who meet the minimum requirements of the position.  Candidates who do not reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, do not meet the minimum requirements, or exceed the requirements are encouraged to apply and a recruiter will provide you with a range specific to your location and qualifications.
