WHO WE ARE
We’re not in the wing business. We’re in the flavor business. It’s been our mission to Serve the World Flavor since we first opened in 1994, and we’re just getting started. 1997 saw the opening of our first brand partner operated Wingstop location, and by 2002 we had served the world one billion wings. It’s flavor that defines us and has made Wingstop one of the fastest growing brands in the restaurant industry.
Above all else – our success is largely due to our people and our core values, or what we call The Wingstop Way of being entrepreneurial, service-minded, fun, and authentic. We believe having a strong people foundation centered on these collective values creates a crave-worthy culture and talented team, as well as ensures our brand is poised for accelerated growth. We all win together.
WHAT WE’LL NEED
As the Supply Chain & Procurement Manager - Americas (AMRS), you will help build and continuously improve Wingstop's supply chain across Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America and South America.
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you will execute sourcing strategies, develop supplier relationships, support new market entries, and partner with Brand Partners to ensure a resilient, cost-effective, and scalable supply chain. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple projects across a growing international business.
Supply Chain Operations
Execute regional supply chain strategies while designing, implementing, and continuously improving reliable end-to-end supply chain networks across AMRS.
Monitor supply chain KPIs, analyze trends, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve inventory, service levels, demand planning, and supplier performance.
Partner with Brand Partners, distributors, and suppliers to improve demand planning, inventory management, and product availability.
Monitor COGS and logistics costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and proactively manage supply risks through contingency planning.
Ensure compliance with Wingstop food safety, quality, and operational standards across the supply base.
Support continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes and improve supply chain performance across the region.
Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
Source, qualify, onboard, and approve suppliers across food, packaging, equipment, and indirect categories, supporting both Wingstop-led and Brand Partner sourcing initiatives.
Lead RFx processes, commercial negotiations, contract implementation, and supplier onboarding in alignment with regional and global procurement strategies.
Manage supplier performance through scorecards, business reviews, KPI monitoring, and corrective action plans to drive continuous improvement.
Monitor commodity markets, supplier capabilities, and industry trends while maintaining supplier documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Support development of regional sourcing strategies aligned with growth, quality, cost, and supply continuity objectives.
Build collaborative supplier relationships that encourage innovation and long-term value creation.
New Market Entry & Expansion
Lead procurement and supply chain workstreams supporting new market entries and restaurant openings across the Americas.
Identify, qualify, contract, and implement suppliers, distributors, and logistics providers required to support market launches.
Coordinate supplier onboarding, importation requirements, customs processes, and regulatory documentation where applicable.
Ensure supply chain readiness, including product availability, inventory planning, and operational execution before restaurant openings.
Partner with Brand Partners to evaluate local sourcing opportunities while protecting Wingstop's quality, food safety, and brand standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
Partner with Operations, Marketing, FSQA, Culinary, and Global Supply Chain to support new products, packaging, equipment, supplier capability assessments, and product localization.
Coordinate cross-functional activities required to successfully implement supply chain initiatives.
Build strong working relationships with Brand Partners and provide day-to-day supply chain support across the region.
Analytics, Reporting & Strategy
Ownership of procurement KPIs: savings, supplier OTIF, inventory health, forecast accuracy, service levels, and inflation tracking.
Should-cost and cost modeling: supporting negotiations with data rather than relying solely on supplier quotes.
Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs): preparing reporting and insights for regional leadership.
- Issue resolution: acting as the first point of escalation for supplier performance, supply disruptions, and logistics issues.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
6–8 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or category management.
