Sr. Manager - Fp&A

Role: Act as a strategic finance business partner to the entity and its functions, leading the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), supporting Integrated Business Planning (IBP), strengthening financial governance, and delivering decision-oriented insights. The role will also continue and manage the finance digital transformation program through analytical tools, self-service reporting, and responsible adoption of emerging technologies, including AI. Key Responsibilities 1. Entity AOP, Forecasting & Performance Management • Lead the entity-wide Annual Operating Plan (AOP) cycle end to end, including process design, timelines, assumptions, functional submissions, consolidation, reviews, challenge, and finalization. • Partner with functional leaders to translate business priorities into robust financial plans and measurable outcomes. • Track monthly performance against plan, analyze variances, identify risks and opportunities, and drive actions to protect the full-year landing. • Maintain rolling forecasts and provide clear, forward-looking perspectives to management. 2. Integrated Business Planning (IBP) • Partner with functions as part of the Integrated Business Planning program, bringing financial rigor and a balanced view of growth, cost, capacity, and profitability. • Connect operational assumptions with financial outcomes and support cross-functional alignment on plans, trade-offs, and actions. 3. Finance Digital Transformation & Analytics • Continue and manage the finance digital transformation program, with a focus on scalable analytics, automation, and process simplification. • Develop and enhance analytical solutions using Power BI and similar tools, transitioning management reports to visual dashboards and self-service reporting. • Improve data quality, transparency, and adoption of digital reporting across stakeholders. • Actively embrace relevant industry and technology trends, including practical and responsible adoption of AI to improve finance processes, analytics, and decision support. 4. Executive Reporting & Decision Support • Prepare high-quality ad-hoc presentation decks and analyses for the CFO, CEO, Group, and other senior stakeholders. • Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and other value-added decision perspectives for strategic and operational initiatives. • Translate complex financial and operational data into concise insights, clear choices, and actionable recommendations.
