Sr. Manager, Corporate Accounting

ICON • Austin, Texas • Full Time

Posted on Fri, Jul 31, 2026

ICON builds robotic systems that construct multi-story buildings. We commercially launched Titan, our robotic construction platform, in March 2026, and hold more than $360M in government contracts across the Army, Air Force, DARPA, and NASA. For the accounting function, that growth means more entities, more headcount, higher transaction volume, and government work that raises the bar on controls and auditability.

The Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting owns the recurring, high-volume operational close that turns ICON's daily activity into accurate, audit-ready financials. You lead the corporate accounting function across accounts payable and accruals, leases, fixed assets, payroll, and the general ledger, and you build, structure, and lead the team that runs these processes, including subordinate supervisors and senior professionals as the function scales.

Reporting to the VP, Corporate Controller, you establish the policies, procedures, and controls that scale with headcount and entity growth, own the corporate accounting department's budget and performance, and deliver books that are accurate, timely, and useful to management.
