Sr Financial Analyst - Commercial Finance

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities: Provide financial support and direction to Sales & Channel commercial leadership overseeing key strategic customers Effectively communicate assumptions made in budget, forecast, and stretch opportunity scenarios Oversee, plan, and support field team activities including merchandising initiatives, customer conversion programs, and Sales Specialist Teams Review and understand customer/distributor program offerings and the impact to channel profitability Provide post-mortem analysis for all commercial investments including but not limited to topline growth, promotional offering, mix analysis, commercial incentives, and pricing decisions Partner with sales leads to provide financial analysis/recommendations through the lens of P&L viability on incremental growth opportunities with respect to current business needs Update reporting tools and dashboards, streamline and automate reporting processes Identify knowledge gaps and develop tools, processes & models to provide meaningful information to internal customers Demonstrate a commitment to the process of continuous improvement. Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities and streamline processes. The TOOLS you’ll bring with you: 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting Excellent mathematical and analytical skills Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization (written, verbal, presentation, and listening). Understands business impact to income statement and interconnectedness of multiple P&L lines Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI Self-motivated.
