Your Role at Cabot:

Cabot Corporation is seeking a Sr Digital Business Relationship Manager (BRM) with Finance and Accounting experience to join the Global Digital organization at our Alpharetta, GA location.

The Sr BRM will drive Digital strategy across finance and accounting management activities such as general accounting, costing, consolidation and financial reporting. This role requires transactional, business and/or corporate finance process knowledge with digital solutions expertise to drive innovation and enhance business value.
This person understands both business and digital to drive innovation and shape demand for technology that increases business value.  The BRM represents Digital and works closely with specific business units, regions, and business functions. Their objective is to converge business and Digital as true strategic partners and ensure business value results.


The Sr BRM partners with the R2R Global Process Owner, regional accounting and corporate finance leadership, integrating Finance and Digital as strategic partners.  The Sr BRM is responsible for capturing the business needs, assisting in the prioritization of projects, ensuring that projects align with the technology that provides maximum return on investment, and assisting with the development of Digital strategy. They collaborate with regional digital partners, enterprise architects, project managers, business analysts, and data teams to align projects with business needs and technology. This role focuses on evolving culture, building strategic partnerships with the Finance & Accounting community and driving business value through information and technology.

This role is eligible to participate in Cabot’s current Flexible Working Arrangement/hybrid program (Monday/Friday remote and Tuesday-Thursday in office).
