Education Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Experience More than 10 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Accounts Payable, Shared Service, or Finance Operations. Strong knowledge of invoice processing, payment processing, vendor management, accounting entries and month-end closing. Experience in ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred). Experience in process improvement, automation, or shared service environment is preferred. Experience in Tax and withholding tax submission (PND.54, Por Por36) Technical Knowledge Understanding of PTP end-to-end process. Knowledge of internal controls and compliance requirements. Familiarity with tax requirements related to AP payments and withholding tax. Good in Excel skills Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication Ability to lead projects and support process transformation initiatives. Team leadership and coaching capabilities.
