Service Supply Planning and Procurement Analyst

Location: Sunnyvale, CA Hybrid

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Service Supply Planning and Procurement Analyst. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of materials through our supply chain, optimizing inventory levels, and maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience with supply planning systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with OEMs and supply chain management
• Knowledge of procurement processes and PO lifecycle management
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer backlog by providing recovery dates based on supply plans and working with OEMs
• Review weekly new buy and repair supply requirements by analyzing output from supply planning systems
• Place purchase orders and work with OEMs to expedite supply in case of demand upside within lead times
• Maintain planning parameters in the supply planning system to ensure smooth weekly supply planning and execution
• Resolve shipping and scheduling problems, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines
