Senior Tax Analyst / Tax Planning

A leading global manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst due to rapid growth in Wilmington, Delaware (DE). This is an excellent opportunity to work for a progressive company with good work/life balance. Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and executing strategies designed to maximize P&L and cash tax savings
- Integrate new business initiatives and operations
- Research codes, rules and regulations to assist in the provision of Federal tax law information and interpretation
- Assist with various domestic and international tax provision components and return processes
- Assist with global withholding tax planning, merger and acquisition tax issues, and more
- Monitor the transfer pricing process and results
- 4+ years of related tax experience
- Big 4 and/or large multi-national corporate tax background
- Strong provision experience (ASC740)
- Transfer pricing experience a plus
