Senior Procurement Manager

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager, Major Projects to work in the Columbus, OH area.

This position will serve as the primary Procurement partner for major generation and transmission capital projects. The role will coordinate procurement, sourcing, contracting, supplier capacity, materials, and project milestones while working closely with Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, Supply Chain, and project leadership.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, OR Associate's degree with 10 years of relevant experience, OR High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience with procurement processes, contracting, supplier management, and supply markets
• Experience supporting large capital, utility, energy, generation, transmission, infrastructure, industrial, or engineering projects
• Strong project coordination and cross-functional leadership skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to identify procurement risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate updates to project leadership
• Experience working in a matrixed organization is preferred
• PMP, CPSM, CPSD, SCM, or similar certification is a plus

This is an onsite position, and candidates must be local to the Columbus area and willing to work onsite. Candidates must also be willing and able to convert to direct hire, as sponsorship is not available.
