As a Senior Finance Analyst on this team, you will be working closely with the business leaders and provide data driven analysis and recommendations to help drive reporting. In addition, this role will be fully involved into the planning process by preparing P&L financial forecasts and reviewing actual results to drive insights and action. A successful candidate will be strategic, analytical, and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage financial responsibilities to all business and financial partners they support.

- Driving cross-business analytic projects for the business teams with financial modeling, data mining, and presentation support
- Leading ad hoc financial analyses and root cause investigation
- Financial support of monthly business reviews, quarterly and annual planning cycles
- Developing volume/mix/rate bridges to highlight the impact of controllable and non-controllable revenue and cost input drivers across global p&l to tell the overall financial story
- Creating and implementing financial and operating performance metrics, identifying key call outs and drivers
- Building out new and improve existing finance processes to ensure data integrity and efficient analyses
Qualifications for our next Senior Financial Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field; Master's a plus
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions
- Ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer focus and professional demeanor
- Strong track record of business partnership
- Experience and ability to use ERP/Reporting, or similar tools
