Ontic is a rapidly growing aerospace manufacturer, privately owned by a leading global private equity firm CVC Capital Partners. 

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of Costing & Inventory Management to lead the company’s inventory accounting, cost accounting, and inventory control functions. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate product costing, inventory valuation, operational financial analysis, and strong internal controls across manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on finance leader with deep expertise in standard costing, inventory processes, ERP systems, and cross-functional business partnership. This individual will drive process improvements, provide actionable insights to leadership, and help optimize inventory performance and profitability.

You will report to the Group Controller and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, NC
