Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasting, long-range financial planning, and cash flow forecasting processes. 
• Monitor financial and operational performance, analyze variances, and identify key risks and opportunities to support business objectives. 
• Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to provide financial guidance, decision support, and actionable recommendations. 
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, operational improvements, and profitability goals. 
• Manage banking relationships, including business performance reviews and borrowing requirements. 
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and management presentations to deliver meaningful business insights. 
• Drive process improvements through automation, data analytics, and enhanced financial reporting capabilities. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, IT, and Operations to improve data quality, financial transparency, and organizational performance; perform additional duties as needed to support evolving business needs.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required. MBA, CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent advanced credentials preferred. 
• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial disciplines. 
• Strong track record of partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions. 
• Advanced expertise in financial planning & analysis, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and financial statement analysis. 
• Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, ERP/FP&A systems (preferably D365 and/or Vena FP&A tool), and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities, adapt to changing business needs, maintain accuracy, and deliver exceptional internal and external customer support.
