This role in Manassas, VA is responsible for overseeing the management, preparation, administration, and control of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis activities while supporting federal programs and government contracts.The position serves as a key financial partner, providing audit-ready reporting, cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and financial insight to support compliance, contract performance, and strategic decision-making.

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally with government contracting finance experience and a strong background in FP&A, cost accounting, and federal contract compliance supporting complex federal programs. The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program.
