About the Role
We're looking for a Senior FP&A Specialist to act as a finance partner to our business units and support decision-making across the company. In this role, you'll work directly with department heads on their budgets, projects and performance.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate the company budget from department inputs
- Manage the monthly forecasting process
- Build long-term financial models with a five-year horizon
- Calculate the economics and KPIs of department projects
- Track variances between plan and actuals
- Prepare management reports and presentations on financial performance
- Participate in the automation of the planning process
