The pay range is $95K - 130K per year depending on the relevant years of experience.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and mission-driven FP&A Analyst to support the financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle analytics functions of our growing behavioral health organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, healthcare reimbursement knowledge, and experience working with public behavioral health funding models, particularly within Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Services, Medi-Cal programs, or comparable California county behavioral health systems.

This role will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Clinical Operations, and Program Leadership to provide actionable financial insights, improve reimbursement performance, monitor contract utilization, and support strategic decision-making. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of behavioral health billing, denial management, reimbursement rates, cost reporting, and Maximum Financial Obligation (MFO) processes.
