Senior Financial Analyst

Hologic is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Financial Analyst – Quality to join our Finance team. This individual contributor will serve as the finance partner to Hologic's Global Quality organization, owning the forecasting, budgeting and reporting of quality spend. You will partner cross-functionally with Quality, Operations, IT, Accounting and FP&A to deliver actionable insights, strengthen spend visibility and improve financial processes and analytics.

Knowledge

• Quality operations finance, cost of quality, and spend management.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Financial reporting hierarchies, data structures, and governance.
• ERP and planning systems, preferably Oracle and Hyperion.
• Supply chain and manufacturing finance fundamentals.
• Cross-functional business partnering in a regulated environment.

Skills

• Advanced financial analysis, modeling, and problem-solving.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI preferred.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Cross-functional project support and prioritization.
• Reporting automation, dashboarding, and process improvement.

Experiences

• 5+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Background in quality, manufacturing, supply chain, or operations finance.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and spend/cost reporting.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP/planning tools and global matrixed organizations preferred.

Onsite (in Marlborough office 4x/week)

Additional Info

The annualized base salary range for this role is $81,900 to $128,100 (commensurate with level and experience) and is bonus eligible. Final compensation will depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs, and market demand.
