- Track project financials, including actuals versus budget, capitalization rates, and return on investment, and apply firm-wide budget governance standards.
Dashboards, Reporting and Analysis
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting for IT leadership, Finance, and senior stakeholders, including materials that feed CFO and Executive Management reviews.
- Analyze spend trends, vendor costs, and headcount-related expenses to identify savings opportunities and efficiency gains.
- Support month-end and year-end close with the Accounting team, and maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, and contracts for reporting and audit requirements.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and decision support for strategic initiatives and business cases.

- Proven ability to lead projects and processes independently and influence decisions across functions without formal authority.
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills; able to produce executive-ready materials that lead with insight, paired with a definitive emphasis on quality control: numbers tie, formats are clean, and nothing goes unchecked.
