• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3-5+ years of Corporate Finance and/or FP&A experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze financial data and present actionable insights
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with executives and cross-functional stakeholders
