What You’ll Be Contributing: 

• Consolidate monthly financial results of Hypertec Group entities, including foreign currency translation and intercompany eliminations
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses for internal and external reporting (MD&A, quarterly stakeholder reports), including variance, trend, and performance analyses
• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models and templates using Vena Solutions and other tools to support month-end close, consolidation, and budgeting processes
• Extract, transform, and interpret financial data to generate meaningful insights that support decision-making
• Support the external audit process, including preparing annual financial statements and required supporting documentation
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting and enhance efficiency through automation and system optimization
• Participate in ad hoc projects and analyses to support business objectives

What Sets You Apart:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA designation an asset
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis
• Expertise in financial consolidation in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze complex data sets
• Experience with financial reporting and consolidation systems (e.g., Vena, Adaptive Insights) an asset
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems; experience with SAP Business One an asset
• Experience with Power BI an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, resourceful approach with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
