Senior Financial Analyst

Reporting to the Financial Manager you will:
- Monitor the budget and spending status of assigned divisions and report on financial results to key stakeholders.
- Prepare, monitor and analyze financial information to ensure the ongoing management of finances meets approved budgets and reporting requirements.
- Work with division personnel to produce accurate forecasts for monthly, quarterly, and annual submittals.
- Compile and review annual budget submissions for accuracy with division personnel
- Ensure that assigned division’s financial records are compliant with all revenue spend down and accounting requirements.
- Review purchase orders, requisitions, and expense submittals for account coding accuracy, proper cost allocation, and allowability by funder.
- Orient and provide technical assistance to staff regarding financial procedures and required documentation; ensure financial records of the division meet all requirements.
- Perform periodic Ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 5 years of financial experience.
