Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic commercial support to the business in all aspects of sales, finance, working capital, and project installation/service
- Lead and mentor a team of commercial finance professionals
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive business growth and profitability
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in progressive finance roles
- Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are highly valued.
