Senior Finance Manager

In this role, you will impact the financial health and strategic direction of our company, contributing to sustainable growth and ensuring that our financial operations align with our corporate goals. Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic commercial support to the business in all aspects of sales, finance, working capital, and project installation/service
• Lead and mentor a team of commercial finance professionals
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive business growth and profitability
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership

YOU MUST HAVE

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in progressive finance roles
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
• Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are highly valued.
