Senior Finance Manager

Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading medical device and healthcare technology organization to identify a Senior Finance Manager, Global Supply Chain Logistics for a remote opportunity.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational financial leadership to Global Supply Chain Logistics teams.
Develop financial processes, analyses, and reporting tools to track logistics spend, operational performance, cost savings, and mitigation plans.
Analyze logistics spending and key cost drivers, including impacts from sales volume, demand planning, and supply planning.
Identify and support logistics cost-saving opportunities and translate savings into financial statement impact.
Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, forecasting, month-end close, operating reviews, annual operating plans, and strategic planning.
Standardize and automate logistics spend reporting and financial analysis.
Partner with cross-functional and global teams to improve processes, establish standards, and ensure financial compliance.
Support ERP deployments and business transformation initiatives related to logistics and supply chain operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
10 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain finance or financial accounting.
3 years of experience in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain finance-related roles.
Strong experience with logistics spend analysis, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost management.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with global teams and developing standardized financial processes.

Additional Details:

Location model: 100% Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Position Type: 12-month contract with potential to extend
Pay range approved: $50/hr - $70/hr, depending on experience
