Summary:

We're looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst to join Clio's Compliance team in the UK and Ireland. This is a hybrid role: if you live near our Manchester or Dublin offices, you'll be in the office at least two days a week.


You'll report to our Senior Manager, Compliance, within the Security team in Engineering. You'll help grow and automate Clio's compliance program as our products expand and we pursue third-party attestations like SOC 2 and ISO 27001. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build and improve a program, not just maintain one. You'll partner with Engineering, IT and teams across the business to manage risk, support responsible AI and product innovation, answer customer compliance questions, and build good compliance habits across Clio.

The expected salary range for this role is €76,700 to €103,700 EUR. Initial placement within the range is informed by geographic region, experience, and skillset, with room to progress as impact and tenure grow. Final offer amounts will vary based on candidate profile.
