The Position

NorthMark Strategies is seeking a Senior Associate, FP&A, to join the Enterprise FP&A team. This role is responsible for driving activities related to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and reporting across a defined set of internal entities. The Senior Associate will prepare and develop core FP&A deliverables, partner with internal functional teams, and contribute to process improvement and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, hands-on FP&A experience, and a genuine interest in leveraging technology to improve how the team works.
