As a Senior Resident Account Representative on the Accounts Receivable team, you’ll handle residential and commercial billing, resident escalations, and more complex ledger research through to resolution.
What you will do:
- Actively support Supervisor in daily lease administration functions for residents and commercials, including but not limited to rent billings, adjustments, security deposits, move-ins, and move-outs
- Proactively resolve resident issues by fostering a solution-oriented mindset, reducing the need for follow-ups and ensuring concerns are effectively addressed
- Handle escalated cases by analyzing case history, communicating the resolution, and identifying gaps in service to best address resident and commercial concerns.
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners for timely action on legal inquiries, special resident credit programs, revised commercial leases, and other complex business matters
- Develop subject matter expertise to support resident and commercial tenants across the various property management systems, leveraging documented SOPs to facilitate learning and execution
What you should have:
- Rising professional in the multifamily residential industry with commercial tenant exposure
- 3-5 years of established work experience in Accounts Receivable
- Customer oriented to support our valued residents and business partners in a positive fashion
- Demonstrated Microsoft Office Skills with problem-solving ability particularly in excel
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in accounting, finance or economics
- Technical ability to be able to interact with various systems (Yardi, MRI a plus)
- Strong understanding of financial / data management.
- Ability to produce top quality deliverables, prioritizing under tight deadlines.
- Solid writing / communication skills across various stakeholders.
- Drive for continuous improvement; a desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility.

Base Salary: $30.00 – $34.50 hourly
