Guardian Tax is hiring experienced Sales Closers to join our growing Irvine team. If you're confident on the phone, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, and know how to build trust, overcome objections, and close deals, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll work exclusively with 100% inbound leads—individuals who have already reached out for help resolving IRS and tax debt issues. No cold calling. No prospecting. Just qualified opportunities, proven solutions, and the tools and training to help you succeed.

• Speak with inbound prospects seeking tax relief assistance
• Evaluate each client's situation and identify their needs
• Present customized solutions clearly and professionally

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of phone sales experience required
• Proven ability to close deals and handle objections
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound calls
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
• Coachable attitude and willingness to improve

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday per month
