Compensation: $250,000-$400,000+ annually (wage is comprised of base salary and additional bonus structure as determined by pay plan) The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.

The Regional Finance Director will be responsible for monitoring all activities of their respective region’s finance departments and communicate his or her activities to the corporate office.

Work with the GMs to maximize your F&I department’s production in PVR & product penetrations. Work with the GMs to recruit staff and minimize turnover in your region. Responsible to ensure your dealerships are following all compliance policies and report any violation to the GM and corporate office. Strives to contribute to the store’s efforts to deliver an exceptional guest experience to our guests by making it a top priority to help other team members who are serving out guests (e.g., by being highly responsive to those team members’ requests for information or assistance that will help them serve our guests).  Never think “that’s not in my job description”.  Wowing our guests is the job of EVERY team member, even those who don’t interact directly with guests! Treats all co-workers, customers, and vendors professionally and with respect. Adheres to Company Policies and Procedures. Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to the dealership dress code. Provides schedule 2 weeks in advance outlining game plan for activities with a copy to MMD and GM’s concerned. Provides a weekly report to the corporate office of activities, accomplishment and observations. Checks in with GM’s upon arrival to store to identify any concerns or needs. Checks out with GM’s to report your activities, accomplishment and observations (email if unavailable). Provides a training and observation training recap via email. Provides a two week view on Outlook Calendar. Runs a weekend PVR call weekly. Ensures that all of our F&I managers have completed F&I Certification Class within 60 days of entering department (2 or 5 day class) Ensures that all of our F&I managers are competent on all computer programs i.e ADP, JM&A website, Dealertrack, etc. Trains product knowledge of all company products i.e. JM&A, Protector, High Mileage VSC etc. Conducts and lead compliance and menu training on a monthly basis. Completes “on-boarding checklist” with new staff. Organizes team training throughout the year (boot camp, Director meetings, all staff etc.). Role plays & trains Interview & Menu. Role plays & trains Flow Chart. Role plays & trains 4 Part Questioning. Trains on F&I training website. Delivers cars with F&I managers present & sits in when they deliver deals. Performs structured assignments monthly in identified stores. Uses audit spreadsheet for 5 deal audits identifying any issues for compliance and training. Informs the GM and corporate office of any company policy violations Ensures that all federal and state regulations are being followed i.e. Red Flags, OFAC, Privacy Notice, credit applications, safeguards and RBPN’s. Keeps current with all HR training and any other training required for this position. Ensures that all F&I staff is Files certified. Audit all stores in assigned market on a quarterly basis. Takes TO’S and helps make deals. Works on consistent desking practices. Attends and assists at save a deal meetings. Assists with deal flow and any problem deals i.e. unresolved spots or CITs. Maintains a good working relationship with our lenders and ensures we are meeting their respective expectations. Provides guidance and assistance to office personal whenever necessary. Assists with recruiting and retention of staff. Helps monitor and correct any compensation issues. Assists correcting and documenting any disciplinary actions. Assists identifying and maximizing any areas of opportunity. Assists General Manager monitor and correct any CSI issues. Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background check, license check, drug test)
