We are seeking a passionate Business Office Manager with prior work experience in a skilled nursing facility to become our Regional Field Controller for our nursing homes in northern Colorado and Wyoming: Longmont, Greeley, Fort Morgan, Cheyenne, Casper and Sheridan. The perfect candidate will have 5 or more years of experience working with all payers, particularly Medicaid and private pay.

What exciting things will you focus on?

This Regional Field Controller will support the Mountain States Division of Life Care Centers of America, the largest, privately-owned nursing home company in the United States. You will travel to and oversee the financial, cash management, and reimbursement processes for our facilities.

Position Summary

The Regional Field Controller oversees the financial, billing, cash management and reimbursement processes for facilities throughout assigned region in accordance with all laws, regulations and LCCA standards.
