Regional Credit Manager

HornBill has a client that is seeking a Regional Credit Manager in Waltham, Massachusetts (MA). Summary: We are seeking to hire a Regional Credit Manager to manage an accounts receivable portfolio, authorize all orders up to $25,000; review and sign off on all charge applications within a specific geographical area and refer accounts to collections in a timely manner. In addition to the standard description, each regional may have additional roles such as overseeing acoustical accounts, SAP liaison, etc. Core responsibilities will include:

• Approve or restrict new orders
• Review credit lines approve increases up to $25,000; recommend increases above $25,000
• Gather information necessary for approval on secured/purchase order projects and track progress
• Review and make recommendations for lien waiver approval
• Cash Box application for branch payments
• Account reconciliation and other customer service functions
• Negotiate with customers to maintain account status
• Collect accounts receivable balances
• Interact effectively with sales and warehousing to service the customer
• Dispute resolution
• Other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1+ years of experience

• Phone skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Basic Word/Excel
• Basic Accounting skills
• Strong Organizational skills

• Must be detailed oriented and be able to juggle multiple tasks independently with little direct supervision
