Regional Controller Production

WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Regional Controller Production, you will be responsible for overseeing financial controlling and performance management across production operations of the region. You will work with key stakeholders with the shared goal for achieving regional target. You will also work along with controlling team to share best practice, improve efficiency, and build a collaborative working environment. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH ​ What is Production? It's the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way. WHO YOU ARE ​ We are looking for people to …​ Have ownership over the analytical side of Country operations Be a key part of the Country Management team that builds and maintains a sustainable sourcing platform that enables the H&M Group development in the region Understand key business drivers to design and deliver appropriate solutions Provide short & long-term macro-economic analysis and prognosis of the region, support setting and securing impactful market development strategies for consistently high performance in all dimensions of our Production scope Partner with Country Manager and related sustainability stakeholders to drive the sustainability agenda as well as compliance & governance in the region through compliant data, insights on correction actions and continuous automation Secure the budget process for the offices both in planning and execution Lead by example, live with our company value and leadership principles AND PEOPLE WHO HAVE Academic background majoring in Finance or Economics is desired Relevant professional certification is preferred Minimum 10 years of job experience which includes 5 years of progressive Controlling experience Solid people management and effective communication skills Strong analytical skills – hands on knowledge of tools such as Advanced excel, Power BI, AI applications WHO WE ARE ​ H&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
