The Internship:
As a Purchasing Intern at Monday Merch, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Purchasing team processing all orders. This internship offers hands-on experience in supply chain coordination, vendor communication, and operational excellence. You’ll help ensure that every order runs smoothly — from placing purchase orders to tracking deliveries and managing supplier information. If you love structure, solving challenges, and seeing your work out in the real world, this one’s for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place order and monitor until delivery. You make sure all details are spot on.

• Communicate with suppliers, resolve issues, and help manage timelines with the other teams.

Job requirements

• Passion for procurement, processes, supply chain or anything related. Prior experience not required, eagerness to learn and being a quick learner is more important.

• Enthusiastic and personable communicator

• Highly organized and able to work in a structured manner (this is crucial!).

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a university-level education (field of study not specific).

• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch, German, or French is a big plus.

• You are available for at least 6 months (min. 5 months).
