Je werkt in samenwerking met het volledige programmateam om de financiële voorspelbaarheid van projecten te verbeteren.
Je gebruikt dashboards en rapportages om vroegtijdig te signaleren en bij te sturen.
Je richt je voornamelijk op het groot onderhoud programma.
Als spin in het web ben je kritisch, oplossingsgericht en adviseer je de programmamanager gevraagd en ongevraagd.
Je daagt teamleden uit en overziet het volledige spectrum van projectbeheersing: tijd, scope, risico’s en geld.
Je analyseert data, vertaalt deze naar stuurinformatie en werkt verschillende oplossingsrichtingen uit.
Je handelt onafhankelijk, schat belangen goed in en bewaakt gemeenschappelijke doelen.
Werkzaamheden
- Je slaat de brug tussen de inhoud van meerdere projecten van ProRail en de financiën
- Je verbetert de financiële voorspelbaarheid van projecten in samenwerking met het programmateam
- Je gebruikt dashboards en rapportages om vroegtijdig te signaleren en bij te sturen
- Je houdt je vooral bezig met het groot onderhoud programma
- Je geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd advies aan de programmamanager
- Je daagt teamleden uit en overziet tijd, scope, risico’s en geld
- Je analyseert en vertaalt data naar stuurinformatie en werkt oplossingsrichtingen uit
- Je handelt onafhankelijk, schat belangen in en bewaakt gemeenschappelijke doelen

Functie-eisen
- Je beschikt over minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in projectcontrol/programmacontrol, bij voorkeur binnen ICT-projecten of -programma's
- Je hebt ervaring met SAP, Tagetik en Power BI
