Position Overview

Power your future with Qualus in our Accounting department as a Project Account. The Project Accountant is responsible for managing the expenses, billings, and budgets for projects assigned by the Director of Finance. They will maintain cost records and expenses related to the project(s) as well as month end project accounting close functions. This individual will investigate any billing issues and provide forecasting to ensure the organization completes the project within the expected budget. They will collaborate with project managers on financial aspects until competition. To be a successful Project Accountant, you must have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including US GAAP.
