Procurement Specialist — Part-Time

Location: Rochelle Park, NJ
Schedule: Part-time, 24 hours per week, Monday – Wednesday in office, 8 hours each day
Reports to: Director of Purchasing

PANOS Brands is seeking a part-time Procurement Specialist to support day-to-day purchasing activities, supplier communication, and sourcing projects. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with numbers, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders in the ERP system
• Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, order confirmations, and shipment updates
• Support sourcing activities, including requesting quotes and assisting with bid comparisons
• Maintain supplier pricing files, procurement trackers, and purchasing documentation
• Monitor open purchase orders and help resolve order or delivery issues
• Assist with vendor onboarding and supplier documentation
• Support cost savings and process improvement initiatives
• Partner with Purchasing, Operations, Planning, and Logistics teams as needed

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of purchasing, procurement, or purchase order experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and data accuracy
• Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• ERP experience preferred; NetSuite experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Compensation

Target range: $25.00 - $27.00/hour, depending on experience
