Procurement / Purchasing Coordinator

Job Overview

We're looking for a highly organized Procurement / Purchasing Coordinator to help manage purchasing activities, vendor communications, purchase orders, and administrative operations.
This is a non-technical, no-code remote position with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

What You'll Do

• Assist with purchase orders and purchasing requests
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers
• Track orders, deliveries, and outstanding requests
• Maintain accurate purchasing records
• Review invoices and purchasing documentation
• Help resolve order or vendor issues
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing needs
• Compare vendor information and pricing when requested
• Prepare basic reports and documentation
• Follow company purchasing policies and procedures
• Support the procurement team with administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, administration, operations, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and standard business software
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
