- Lead scalable procurement strategies to optimize supplier performance and cost efficiency in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering, project management, and global sourcing teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure reliability and compliance by managing supplier risk, quality, and contract adherence across all procurement activities.
- Champion innovation by identifying and integrating new suppliers, technologies, and sustainable practices into the supply chain.
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the procurement team to elevate collective expertise and performance.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in transportation, manufacturing, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and ERP systems (SAP or similar).
- Strong understanding of cost analysis, risk management, and compliance within regulated industries.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
