BAE Systems C4ISR Business Area in Hudson, NH has an opportunity for a Procurement Analyst/Expeditor, within the Electronic Solutions Sector. This position is primarily responsible for expediting/managing on-time-delivery for the C4ISR Hudson NH Requirements, to assure continuity of supply for their assigned materials, in a fast paced environment. This position will also be responsible for supporting low volume, quick turn Engineering Procurements. Activities include sourcing, request for quotes, placing compliant purchase orders according to internal procedures and FAR/DFAR regulations, working cross functionally with Receiving/Incoming Inspection, Buyers, Planners and Suppliers to resolve documentation discrepancies & ensure timely receipt of required materials, resolve schedule misalignments and develop metrics to ensure performance is improved and sustained. A successful candidate must be able to be an effective communicator internally and externally, build mutually beneficial relationships, willing to advance their knowledge of procurement compliance, and proactively adopt best practices and support new initiatives, including Zero Defect initiatives with suppliers Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

Familiarity in a large, complex multifaceted electronics design & manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with defense aerospace industry & regulations and the understanding of the role of procurement.
- Experience in buying or procurement related activity
- Familiarity of FAR and DFAR regulations and of ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulation) and EAR (Export Administration Regulation)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
