Work Location: Southwestern Health Resources Headquarters, Hybrid: 1601 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, Farmers Branch, TX 75234.

Work Hours: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week (remote work allowed at manager's discretion)

What You Will Do

Lead analysis for ASCs, urgent care, and imaging centers, including reviewing payer and physician-based analytics and supporting contract modeling and renewal activities. Validate rate sheets and contract documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with negotiated terms. Attend JOC meetings, capture key decisions and action items, and support follow-up as needed.

Support analytics for assigned commercial payers across ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers, urgent care, and home health. Review physician-based analytics, develop and evaluate contract models, and perform ad hoc analyses to identify trends, assess performance, and support strategic business and contracting decisions.

Work with CBO on payment issues and attend JOC meetings.

Assist parent companies with projects as it relates to reimbursement. 

Provide analysis and recommendations around service line pricing and margins using market research.  Assist with Power Point presentations.

What You Need: 

Education
Bachelor's Degree Business, Math, Finance or
related field Req
Experience
1 Year Experience with Microsoft Access, SQL, excel or modeling tools Pref
1 Year Relevant work experience Pref
Skills
Strong math and computer aptitudes are needed in order to understand and model complex structures and relationships.
