We offer stable, long-term career opportunities in modern manufacturing environments focused on operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.Medical, dental, and vision insuranceVirtual healthcare through telemedicineOptional wellness programs, including pet insurance401k with 6% employer match15 paid vacation days and 10 paid holidays annuallyTuition assistance and professional development programsFull-time, on-site role located in Maxton, North CarolinaCompensation will be discussed transparently early in the interview processWhat You Will DoRun plant accounting and cost accounting processes across multiple cost centers.Manage the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial accuracy.Prepare monthly financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and operating plans.Maintain standard costs and bills of materials (BOMs).Oversee physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies.Review labor, materials, overhead, distribution, and inventory variances.Participate in production and operations meetings.Support internal controls, audit readiness, and asset protection.Partner with operations to improve manufacturing performance.Supervise front office administrative and accounting activities.Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.Five or more years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of GAAP.ERP system experience.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Culture & FitStrong critical thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, complex manufacturing organization.Able to manage priorities across finance, operations, and customer requirements.Effective communicator who works well with cross-functional teams and plant management. Hands-on and engaged with plant-floor operations.
