Ready to do more than oversee complex returns?
A leading public accounting and advisory firm is looking for a Private Client Services Tax Partner to lead sophisticated client relationships and help grow its PCS practice. You'll advise high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on the tax decisions that shape their businesses, investments, and long-term wealth.
This is a chance to bring your expertise and relationships to a broader advisory platform, work alongside experienced colleagues and outside advisors, and have a meaningful voice in where the practice goes next.
Compensation: $350,000-$450,000 in annual compensation, with additional upside based on experience, client relationships, business development, and overall practice contribution.

Lead complex individual, fiduciary, partnership, and related tax planning and compliance
Advise on closely held businesses, investments, trusts, estates, real estate, and multigenerational wealth
Guide clients through major transactions, liquidity events, succession decisions, and other pivotal moments
Work closely with attorneys, wealth advisors, family offices, investment professionals, and other advisors
Own and expand significant client relationships while identifying broader tax and advisory opportunities
Develop new business through referrals, centers of influence, and your professional network
Lead and mentor Directors, Managers, and other professionals
Collaborate with fellow Partners to strengthen the practice's capabilities, client service, and market presence
What You Bring
12+ years of progressive public accounting or private client tax experience
Current Partner, Principal, Managing Director, Director, or equivalent senior leadership experience
CPA required; JD, LLM, or MST is highly valued
Deep experience advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients on complex tax matters
Strong knowledge of individual, fiduciary, partnership, and closely held business taxation
The judgment to turn complicated tax issues into practical advice clients can act on
A record of leading teams, building client relationships, and contributing to practice growth
Business development experience and a strong professional network
Portable business or transferable client relationships are highly valued
Why Take the Call?
At the Partner level, the right move is about more than a title. It's about the clients you can advise, the relationships you can build, and the influence you'll have on the practice. If you're ready for a platform where you can lead across the full private client relationship and help shape what comes next, let's have a confidential conversation.
All inquiries will be handled confidentially.
