Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The Retirement Benefits Specialist supports the Retirement Benefits Manager by managing certain aspects of retirement benefits administration for the Firm. The Specialist is responsible for ensuring all pension payments are accurately and timely made to retirees and deferred vested participants; maintain any internal systems for participants; and assist with annual valuations, discrimination testing, and annual audit.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
Minimum of three years working in a professional services environment.
Advanced Excel and Word software skills required.
Basic knowledge of ERISA laws and regulations.
Previous work experience in a retirement benefits department preferred.
