What You’ll Do
As a Payroll Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our team runs smoothly by managing payroll processes with accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: - Processing payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. - Maintaining accurate payroll records and reports. - Handling employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits. - Collaborating with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll operations. - Staying up-to-date with payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the role. Here’s what we’d like to see: - Experience: At least 1 year of payroll experience. - Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge: Understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. - Attributes: A problem-solver with great communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
