Payroll Optimization Consultant - Paychex
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Payroll Optimization Consultant with deep expertise in the Paychex platform, payroll operations, payroll accounting, and process improvement. This role will be responsible for assessing, optimizing, and enhancing payroll processes, system configurations, reporting, controls, and integrations to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, efficiency, and scalability. This is a fully remote role. 
The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with Paychex payroll systems, including general ledger integrations, payroll accounting workflows, process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal controls, and system optimization. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert, identifying opportunities to streamline payroll operations while implementing industry best practices and automation.
