Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly, bi-weekly, and/or semi-monthly payroll using ADP (Workforce Now preferred).
- Validate payroll data, including earnings, deductions, bonuses, commissions, and timekeeping inputs.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Manage payroll adjustments, off-cycle payments, and corrections as needed.
- Reconcile payroll reports and assist with general ledger entries.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and deductions.
- Support year-end processes (W-2s) and audits as applicable.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
- 3+ years of U.S. payroll experience, including multi-state processing. (Canada preferred as well)
- Strong proficiency with ADP (Workforce Now or similar platform).
- Solid understanding of payroll taxes, garnishments, and compliance requirements.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills preferred.

- 3 days per week in Alpharetta office, hybrid on Monday
