What You’ll Do
As our Payroll Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our team operates smoothly by managing payroll processes with precision and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and processing payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Maintaining and updating payroll records, including employee information and pay rates.
- Addressing payroll-related inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborating with HR and accounting teams to streamline payroll operations.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with:
- At least 1 year of experience in payroll management or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- A solid understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
